Razer Cobra "Blackouts"

Hello :)

 

I bought a Razer Cobra like 3-4 months ago, in the beginning it worked perfect.. best mouse-upgrade I had in long time. Until it started to get “blackouts” every couple of minutes. I cant find the reason why, I use same mouse-pad as I did to begin with. I tryed re-installing my drivers aswell and update everything related to it. nothing works, the “blackouts” are still there. 

What I mean by “blackout” is, I can use the mouse as usual, but all of a sudden the curser doesnt reacts to my movement.

 

Please help me, cause I like the mouse!

Hi CrazyAstronaut89,

I’m here to help. Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse prior to the issue? Have you tried using it on a different surface? You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t work, then you can send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial so I can check for other workarounds. All the best!
