My Razer Cobra was working properly until this week Monday June 10th. I bought it via Amazon 9 months ago.
This Monday the right mouse button suddenly got left mouse button functionality (Clicking).
This is a MAJOR DEFECT, as an example you cannot insert an new line in excel with right mouse button.
I followed instructions on this website under support and uninstalled the razer cobra driver and synapse.
Then I tried installing Razer cobra driver again using this website.
Razer cobra driver is not listed, only the Razer cobra pro driver.
The razer Cobra pro has a turn off button which the Razer cobra does not have. I tried installing Cobra pro driver, but I am asked to switch the button off in step 1 out of 2. This is not possible so they do not work on the same driver.
PLEASE HELP, or send me a new mouse. This is a terrible user experience. I was very happy with my old left-handed deathadder, but this device was discontinued. I think it is fair to say that RAZER HAS LOST ITS WAY. THE BASICS IS TO HAVE DRIVERS FOR ALL MODELS AND HAVE LEFT AND RIGHT-BUTTON FUNCTIONALITY!!!!
