Razer core + razer synapse 2.0 = without detecting (help)

Good afternoon, how are you? If possible, give me a hand here, please. I bought a Razer core model RC21-0094 I did all the installation procedure described in the manual, okay, it worked. I went on the website, registered as every product I buy from Razer, I register on the website. And soon after, I went to see if it had been linked to Synapse 2.0 (As it was one of the first cores, it's linked to synapse 2.0, right?) and to my surprise, it wasn't there. I looked on google how to solve it, saw the step by step that razer itself suggests, among others on reddit, youtube etc and none of them solved it, simply Synapse does not recognize the razer core. I have a 2016 Razer blade stealth and he recognizes it well. I looked for updates to synapse, pro razer core and no solution. And even, the page that your own app suggests for the user to go after a solution is down. I'm sending attached some of the prints, thunderbolt3 recognizing the core and stating that it is connected, the snypase 2.0 without recognizing the core and the messages from the page off and the razer switcher alert. I'm waiting for a solution, thank you! I tried to contact Brazilian support, they didn't answer me, and it's been over two weeks now. Sorry for mistakes in my english.
