Over the last few months, I have had an issue with my Razer Core causing my systems to lock up. I have multiple systems displaying the same problem. 2 running the latest windows 10 updates and nvidia drivers and then the 3rd being an ubuntu 20.04 machine.

I have tried multiple different versions of the drivers and have tried reinstalling windows but neither have helped. I am looking for some guidance or if anyone has had this problem.

Issue in detail:
The affected computers just Freeze, disabling all keyboard and mouse inputs on both the laptop and external devices. Unplugging the device does not unfreeze the device and there are no system events generated because of the freeze. The computer will remain in this state until rebooted, I have waited up to 30 minutes to confirm.
