I recently purchased a Core X Chroma on 26 August 2023.
Today while doing some work the PSU on the enclosure exploded. There was no power surge (there is a surge protector connected to the EGPU).
I have no clue what to do because the Razer website is impossible to navigate. When i put the serial number in online, I get a message saying it is out of warrantly. It is less than 2 months old. How can it be out of warranty?
I need help ASAP.
