I wonder if anyone can help.

I recieved my Razer Core X Chroma yesterday and have set it up putting the graphcs card in and connected to my razer blade stealth laptop but the core doesnt power up at all!

It says that the fan should spin and the LEDs should turn on once powered up but it does not.

I have tested different power cables and sockets. I have also tested the GPU in another PC.

There are no pop ups on the laptop to say its connected due to the core having no power at all. Due to this I haven’t tried installing any drivers as I assume this would make no difference.

I have contacted support and they said they will replace it but I wonder if anyone can help to maybe troubleshoot before processing the replacement.
