Razer Cortex and Synapse 2 are not working together

Hello, Title explains a lot. My problem is windows generic freeze when window's and razer programs startup. After the logo appears then dissappers, my windows having a generic freeze problem about 20-30 secs. I can move my cursor but windows don't respond. I'm remembering, this issue started with latest Cortex update. I tried to delete Synapse 2 while Cortex was on the PC. And there seems no problem. I also tried to delete Cortex + Synapse3 while Synapse 2 was on the PC. And there seems again no problem. I'm using Synapse 2 for Kraken 7.1 and Deathadder, and using Synapse 3 for Cynosa Chroma.
