Razer Cortex - Booster Prime Windows error

From the tile to the picture below you can see my problem. I have tried resetting my PC and still happens. Haven't had a recent windows update before getting this error. Some times Booster Prime just doesn't even load the game... Any ideas?

Regarding your issue, could you please launch your game in the game's own shortcut or other ways? Just make sure that you did not launch your game via Razer Cortex. And see whether this game can be launched normally. If yes, it means this issue occurred due to a bug in Razer Cortex. If no, we assume it is some other issue.
