Razer Cortex did something to my mouse & keyboard

HAHOOS

Hi,

I have recently decided to test the speed up feature in System Booster. I immediately turned it off. The next day I faced a problem and I am still facing it. Often the mouse or the keyboard or both would stop working, it can be a few seconds or even minutes. I have tried pretty much everything and no one ever faced this problem, at least to my knowledge. It happens only to the USB connected devices.

Hi Michelle,

I found out that for some reason, it would stop working, because it is plugged into the monitor. I think it could have changed some settings, but I am not sure. So it works now! Thank you for helping me with this issue!

Regards,

HAHOOS

To address this issue, could you please try clicking RESTORE TO WINDOWS DEFAULT by going to the SPEED UP page in SYSTEM BOOSTER? After doing so, please restart your computer and check whether the issue still persists.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you.

Truly appreciate your patience.

Hello Michelle,

I have tried it multiple times, but it didn’t work. Running it as an administrator also didn’t work. I can’t deoptimize some services/features. For some reason the keyboard won’t send any input for max a minute, but the mouse won’t work for a few minutes or even sometimes until it restarts by unplugging and plugging it back. I just want to note if that changes anything, the mouse is Logitech G502 Hero and the keyboard is Razer Ornata V2.

HAHOOS

Hello Michelle,

I am going to allow access to the account that send me a request. I think it might be, because the monitor has low power for the keyboard & mouse.

HAHOOS
