Razer Cortex Game booster not starting

I installed razer cortex from official website, installed it. When I try to launch it, nothing happened. I saw razercortex.exe & razercentral.exe are running in task manager & werfault.exe (windows problem reporting) was also running. I saw some dump files razercentral.exe.####.dmp were created by it in \\AppData\\Local\\CrashDumps and AppCrash_Razer Central.ex_ were created by this WER Report Queue in AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\Windows\\WER\\ReportQueue I think windows is preventing it from starting somehow. But I don't how to solve it. I am using Window 7 Ultimate 64bit. Please help
