Razer Cortex installation error

I am trying to install razer cprtex installer and in razer gaming software it installs until 65% then an error that says 1551934988YCAXdyA8RzGMS_Setup_V2.0.138.162.exe installation failed with error code:5 and it also said something about my windows 7 settings. What do I do?

    Got that. Just get back to me when you can. Also, please try to update .Net Framework and try again. Let me know how it goes.

    Ok so now i tried to install it again and now it says it doesn't support my version of windows. I have windos 7
