Razer Cortex issues

I have tried adding games to razer cortex, however the + button is greyed out and won't work when clicking it. Linking steam with everything about my profile being public (and using the right link) will show a spinning wheel then just go away. I can't link any of my games manually or throughout steam. What do I do?
