razer cortex not launching crossfire west

hello, the game normaly working when i launch it the usual way... but it dont launch, when i use razer cortex app - when i try to launch it via that app it shows me this eror mesage... "failed to load url version.ini." any way why this hapening? and how to fix it? another Question: will the time play will count for the prizes in razer silver upcoming sweepstakes? (it already showing the alst time played and the total played time in the cortex app bad - does not ading any time and the last date of played the game is also wrong... only corect thing is there the last playtime"
