Razer Cortex not picking up hours
Hi,
My razer cortex is not picking up my hours for some reason for zSilver, I have tried, restarting, reinstalling, checking if the game is supported (rainbow six siege is supported). I don't know why this is happening because I also am launching the game through Cortex.

The competition ended on Nov 11. Once it is ended, the gameplay time will stop accumulating. If your gameplay time cannot be accumulated after that time, this may not be an issue. Please kindly let us know which situation you are in. For privacy reasons, I removed your log link from the public view after I download it. Thank you for your patience. Michelle
