Razer Cortex not working properly

My Razer Cortex boost prime and auto boost are not working. The buttons to optimize the games with boost prime are unclickable. A couple months ago when I used cortex it worked perfectly, and in the same windows version as I am now. Besides, unchecked all game user settings "read-only" options, still not working. Have uninstalled it twice and restarted the PC a few times, really don't know what else to do.
