For the past couple of days playing Minecraft or Underlords has not been rewarding silver even though they were launched via the Cortex rewards screen and the notification "Launching game and earning Razer Silver" appeared. Is there any way to track down what happened?

Thanks for posting your concern here. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have you tried creating a dummy Razer Synapse account and see if the issue is replicated?
Sorry about the delay getting back to you, I missed the notification. The silver magically appeared a couple of hours later. I'll keep the dummy account creation in mind for next time it happens
