Razer Cortex playtime tracking problems

Hi, for some reason cortex was not wanting to track the last two minutes I needed to get a full four hours on the squad rewards, is it possible for those two mins to be added? This is so frustrating, I spent the last hour or so trying to fix it by restarting the app, restarting my pc, repairing the app, uninstalling the app restarting my pc then reinstalling. Nothing worked, and since that for some reason it decided it wanted to start tracking again only after the day ticked over onto the next day. This has ruined my playtime where I’ve had 4 hours playtime every day so far except for this when it decided it didn’t want to track

Based on the details you provided, it seems that Razer Cortex was able to track your gameplay hours before and after the issue occurred. However, we noticed that the last 2 minutes were not tracked due to the daily reset time. Rest assured that these 2 minutes were counted on the second day after the reset time.

 

To avoid confusion in the future, please take note that the daily reset time is at 0000 (12am) GMT/UTC. You can easily check your reset time on the campaign page beside your avatar.

 

Unfortunately, since you have already uninstalled Razer Cortex, we are unable to gather any valuable information from your logs.
