Razer Cortex Problem: Game Hue Lighting!

Hi. I was recently using razer cortex. I messed around with the hue of my game to make my game brighter. I kept the game open aand restarted my pc. Now my pc is stuck with the hue and i cant do anything to fix it. Ive uninstalled cortex. ended it in task manager. both turned off my pc and restarted it and nothing works. ive also tried fixing it by changing it back in cortex and it doesnt work either. please help!!!!!
