Razer Cortex Rewards Not Showing Installed Games on This PC

I recently downloaded Razer Cortex to participate in the Season 5 Squad Rewards. Upon viewing the supported games I noticed that only Steam games were showing and not any other game. I mostly play Valorant (Riot Client) and Rocket League (Epic Games) however these two games along with others not on Steam keep showing as "Supported games you might want to try" instead of "Supported games on this PC". Both games have been updated to their latest releases and still the issue remains. Has anyone had this issue? How can it be solved? Thanks For your time.

Hey there! Thank you for posting your concern here. My name is Michelle from the Razer Cortex Technical Support Team. I will be happy to assist you with your concern. After checking the two games from our supported game list in Squad Rewards, we found that Valorant (Riot Client) is a supported game while Rocket League (Epic Games) is not. So, the Rocket League (Epic Games) would not show in the list "Supported games you might want to try". If it does, there may be something wrong. Please kindly provide us with a screenshot for us to figure out the causes. Regarding the issue that Valorant is not listed on "Supported games on this PC", please try the below 4 ways:
  • Please remove this game from your Cortex library, and re-add it by scanning. Then, check whether this game shows on ‘Supported games on this PC’ from ‘SUPPORTED GAMES’. Please never add your game in a manual way. To remove this game, please move your mouse on the game on MY LIBRARY page, click 'View Dashboard' and remove the game by clicking the delete icon. If it does not work, your game is still not on ‘Supported games on this PC’, please try the second way.
  • Please launch Valorant with Cortex processing in the background, and see whether this game was scanned by Cortex and added to the library automatically. If no, please try the next way.
  • Please make sure the game is not added to the Cortex MY LIBRARY, and delete this profile folder on your PC: C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager\\Data\\rzr_userid, then, restart Cortex, and try to add the game automatically by clicking the scan icon, finally, check out whether the game is added to MY LIBRARY and listed on ‘Supported games on this PC’. If it does not work, please try the last way.
  • Please delete this profile folder: C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager\\Data\\rzr_userid, then, uninstall the game from your PC, re-install it. Finally, add the game to Cortex MY LIBRARY automatically by clicking the scan icon.
If Valorant is not listed on ‘Supported games on this PC’, please feel free to PM us your Cortex logs. I will PM you a simple guide on how to collect and upload your Cortex logs if you need my assistance. We will be looking forward to your reply. Take care and have a great day! Best regards, Michelle Chang Razer Cortex Team
