Hello, i don't understand, i play Apex Legends on Steam or Origin and in my squad, my playtime is always 0 min.

Help me please!

I'm sorry for the issue you encountered. As a gamer myself, I understand how frustrating for you to face this kind of problem. Not to worry, I will try my best to help you out with this issue.



We are trying to fix this issue. But before we determine the correct resolution, we suggest a fast way to solve this problem on your part. Then, you can play games and continue to gain gameplay time in Season 3 competition.



Could you log out of Cortex, close it, then restart it, and log in? After that, could you try to open Apex Legends or other games you play from Cortex?



If this issue persists, could you provide us with the Cortex logs for us to further investigate it?



I will PM a guide to help you collect and upload Cortex logs if you need my assistance.

I did some tests and the problem comes from the game apex legends whether on steam or origin.

I have tried two other games Dota 2 and Titanfall 2 and on these two games the play time works perfectly
This seems fixed, today Apex Legends playtime is working fine.
