Razer Cortex Squad Time Delay

I've been participating in Razer Cortex Squad event for a few seasons and I've missed lots of prizes because of the time delay. I started playing games with my team 8am sharp (my time) which is the time where the counting resets. Our time will delay from 1 minute to 2 minutes. The time delay is so disturbing that we cant even claim anything from the event. Today is the day where we get to claim the grand prize, this time 3 of us have less delay compared to usual but one of our team mate have 2 minutes delay which greatly causes us to drop until Top 80+. Sometimes the ranking is unfair too. We can start from top 5 then by the end of the day we go to 30 or even lower. Some of the other teams can get extra 1 to 3 minutes, makes them to claim it faster (refer to the image below). I've tried contacting Razer Support lots of time but I get no replies. I hope any supports can reply to this issue and I HOPE RAZER CAN MAKE THIS EVENT MONTLY INSTEAD OF ONCE IN 2 MONTHS. IF THERE IS ANYONE ELSE WHO HAVE THIS PROBLEM PLEASE LIKE AND LET RAZER TO SEE THIS. WE BELIEVE RAZER IS STILL THE BEST. Anyone out there if you have any tips about cortex squad for me feel free to comment down below.

Good questions my bro.. It looks unfair on it. How can it be they got an extra minutes, correct? That's nonsense, might be on a cheat or something like that..
