I'm sorry if this is a repost from someone else posting this type of problem, I might have missed it.
Does anyone know if Razer Cortex or Synapse is known to cause PCs to restart or crash?
I have:
Motherboard - ROG STRIX X470-F Gaming
RAM - Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 2 x 8GB
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 5700
Full Razer periphirals
Can anyone maybe assist as to whether it is this or if it might be somewhere else I need to start looking/
Thank you in advance

Of course, there is a plethora of BS to go through before reaching anything resembling assistance.
Bottom line: ALL Razer devices (Tartarus v2, Naga Trinity, Firefly v2, ManO'War) consistently crash — most frequently during competitive gaming. This occurs during intense gameplay, as well as idle and randomly. Of course, there are no support documents that provide any real assistance. I am playing Fortnite and several other games. Crashes occur regardless of media, however, it tends to be more frequent (and vital) when playing Fortnite. All educated forms of assistance are welcome and greatly appreciated.
All devices flash off, some reboot immediately, others take their time. All signs point to Synapse crashing. Why? After recovering from the crash, Synapse and Cortex have closed with no errors reported.
NEXT STEPS: If unresolved, I will return all Razer products.
