We recently updated Razer Cortex. After that, when I start Razer Cortex, I get the error "Exception Processing message 0xc0000005 - Unexpected parameters" and it stops working from the first loading screen of Razer Cortex.

I would like you to tell me how to deal with it.

I am having the same issue

Michelle

I followed the steps described above to be able to open the Razer Cortex and it partially worked. Basically editing the file disables some functions of the program that I consider essential, such as the store and rewards functions.

Only the boost part is partially working and for many it's fine but not for me. I would like to know when they will release a hotfix or a new update to correct this as it has been like this for two weeks and there is no official information about the repair.

Ps. The previous version of Cortex worked well but it is not possible to downgrade the program (even though I have the executable of the previous version, when installing it it automatically updates to version 10.8.15.0
I'm still waiting, but this is a bit disappointing. Thank you for your attention and for trying to help us.
