Razer Customer Support is cancelling my order because my "email address is too long"

I am trying to order a replacement power supply for my Razer. I successfully placed the order via the website and received an email confirmation (to the same email address I previously ordered the laptop with). After no progress on the order I got in contact with customer service and they are saying the order (which was successfully accepted and charged) cannot be processed as my "email address is too long". I escalated this pointing out that the website accepted it, and they successfully emailed me on it, but they are now coming back and saying they are cancelling the order as my "email address is too long". So I am now left with a brick £2000+ laptop I cannot use because something in their systems cannot use an email address that the company themselves has successfully used to email me with and I have not had an issue using with any other company.
Is there any way to escalate this past the people pasting platitudes like "Welcome to the home of phenomenal gamers. My name is xxxx and I am ready to make your gaming experience awesome" before telling me that they are cancelling my order for a non-existant issue.

I've never heard of such a thing before. Do you mind sending me the order and ticket number? I can use those to get in touch with the team handling your case. That way, I can get a better understanding of the situation.
