Razer Cynosa Chroma - Key Error Num Pad

I have Razer Cynosa Chroma that has following error with keys..



It is just 2 keys on the keyboard. I have tryed alot after talking to support before. But they stopped responding 10 days ago.



On Num Pad i have error on the Key 6 and 0 only. I have tryed assigning them new programing with 6 and 0 but it still types same error.



When i type NumPad key 6 = 6, (6 and comma) sometimes in 1/10 i get ,6. (comma and 6)

When i type NumPad key 0=30 (3 and 0) sometimes in 1/10 i get 03 (0 and 3)



If i program the keys to keybord function to the numbers and turn of num lock then it types the number correct. So it seems to be a problem in some software type issue. I have Norwegian Keyboard Layout, and if i switch to English it changes the Comma (,) to . (dot) like 6.



I also reinstalled Windows 10 and when i started up it seemed normal, but when it updated all drivers and software and i restarted, it came back. i have deleted my account, made new and no change. i uninstalled all drivers, software and no change.

I've had the same issue. My b key types vb and my g key types gh. It vbroke around 3 months agho and randomly fixed itself today for a few hours and now its vbroken aghain. No idea how to fix it.

To make sure that this isn't a software-rooted issue, can you try completely disabling Synapse and check if the device won't act the same way?
