Razer Cynosa Chroma Keyboard WinKey and Alt+tab not functioning

HI! I recently purchased (3 days back) a Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard. The following is not working! help! 1) When i solely press the WinKey, the startup (list of program etc) is not showing 2) Alt-tab is not working 3) tab shows 'q'. The above 2) works only when i use alt+q+tab 4) my WinKey+M (suppose to minimize everything), pop up the windows magnifier page. How do i resolve all the above! :(
