Razer Cynosa Chroma not functioning properly.

I bought this keyboard on September 2019 and now it is has a problem. When I press the Enter key it also registers the Backwards slash (\\) key together with it. Tried to solve the problem through the different methods I found on Google but it doesn't work. The problem started 12 hrs ago suddenly.
