Razer Cynosa Chroma Pro F3 doesn't work

Hello, Until recently this keyboard was working perfect. Now I don't really ever use the F keys but I have been playing a game that requires it. I just noticed today when I press F3 it thinks its F1. I have checked synapse and no special key binds have been set and F3 is set to be F3. I have tested every single key on this board and this is the only one that is not working correctly. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and repaired synapse. Tested multiple games by trying to change a key bind and every time I press F3 the game sets it to F1. I took the F3 key off and used a longer object to push down inside of the F3 spot. Some times it does F1 sometimes its F3.... Anyone else facing this issue or know how to fix it?
