Razer Cynosa Chroma right arrow key sends Windows + Right input

My Razer Cynosa Chroma is sending both a "Windows" and "Right arrow" input whenever I press the right arrow button. I've restarted, reinstalled my drivers, turned off all macros, even tried disabling the right arrow key, and nothing changes it. I've looked this up and I can find people online talking about this exact problem but nobody has posted a solution that works. Is my keyboard just messed up forever? Can I fix this?
