Keyboard 2 months. Noticed in games that when I clamp W and A (or D), I stop working caps lock. later I noticed that other keys do not work when you hold down 2 certain keys. reinstalled synapse 3. didn't help

What changes did you make to your device or system before the issue? Have you updated its firmware? Isolate the behavior first by performing the steps from this link.
