Razer Cynosa Lite Macro doesn't load the profile

Hello there any advise why my Razer Cynosa Lite Macro doesn't load the profile ? i try several thinks, Like uninstall driver unplug keyboard restart pc and close antivirus and the install everything again, this didn't work either.Am using Win7 fully update. Can any one please help. thanks

Razer Cynosa Lite Macro doesn't load the profile


Try:

1-Unplug your keyboard and hold ctrl caps and esc and plug it back in while your holding it then let go
2-Go to "Chroma apps" turn in OFF n ON fast
3-Disable "gaming mode"
4-In "Effects" switch between "Quick effect" to "advanced effects"

Hello there , good afternoon, thanks for your advise but still the same. Is seams that it doesn't safe the profile is always loading .Is really make mad 😕 Thanks again !!

Also check if you have Profile issue.
