Razer Cynosa V2 Esc + F1 - F12 keys not working

I just noticed that the keys [Esc] and F1 until F12 are not working on my  Cynosa V2.

Doing the reset/exit demo mode trick with holding esc+caps+space and plugging the keyboard does not help. 

Anyone know how to fix this or is it a hardware problem?

Hello, I have the same problem, however with a different Razer keyboard, didn’t found any solution yet. I don’t recommend both for that specific problems
