Razer Cynosa V2 Keyboard Not working

So I got this keyboard not too long ago. Probably around the end of June. Lately it's been having the issue of being unrecognized in any of my usb ports. I've tried the hold space, caps lock, and esc method, but it stops working after a while.

This kind of issue is typically caused by a faulty keyboard driver. For now, let's try to reinstall the driver by following the steps below:

-Press Windows + S on your keyboard to open the Search bar.
-Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
-Go to Keyboards
-Right-click on the Razer device in question and select Uninstall device.
-Go to Human Interface devices.
-Right-click on the Razer device in question and select Uninstall device.
-To completely uninstall the drivers, restart your computer.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.

If the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your keyboard. I can verify its model with it and look for other possible solutions.
