So I’ve had my Cynosa v2 for about 5 years but recently it has started to lag and stop working when launching certain games. I feel like I have tried everything to fix it, I have tried:
- Changing the usb port it is plugged into
- Uninstalling and reinstalling drivers
- Uninstalling all razer programs and removing all related files to the best of my ability
The weird thing is that the keyboard works fine when the computer is not under stress but when I launch a strenuous enough game it will start lagging and then stop functioning entirely. Another strange this is that I noticed is in device manager the ‘Razer Cynosa v2’ shows up under the ‘Human Interface Devices’ section and not the keyboard section like it used to.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated
