RAZER CYNOSA V2 keys don't work but the rgb does?

Hi. I have been using this keyboard for 2 months and everything was just fine. However, suddenly today the keyboard stopped working. I tried resetting the keyboard and that helped making the rgb lights work again but the keys still don't work, I can't type. Anyone who can help me? I already tried to plug in into other USB ports, turning my pc on and off, plugging everything in and out. The keyboard also doesn't work on my laptop/
