Razer Cynosa V2 not working

I had bought a Razer Cynosa V2 keyboard around 2 weeks ago. It worked fine at first but now whenever I plug it in it doesn’t light up or anything. I’ve tried everything including resetting it and plugging it into different usb slots but nothing is working. Any ideas?
