Razer Cynosa V2 stopped working

After about three years of use, my Razer Cynosa V2 has stopped detecting any inputs. It still lights up and responds to the buttons I press with a ripple RGB effect, but does not send an input to my PC. I have tried on different PCs and run into the same issue. I have tried to reset it and uninstall it, but nothing seems to work. 

Using the Razer Central, it detects that it is plugged in but does not send any new updates to the RGB settings or take button presses.

Hey ​@SetherDee32,

Have you tried cleaning your keyboard with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the input issue.
