Razer Cynosa V2 - Volume control keys feel odd when pressed it

Hi guys, I just bought a Razer Cynosa V2, it's my first Razer keyboard, the keyboard looks very nice, the only thing is the Volume Controls keys, all the other multimedia keys are soft like the rest of the keyboard but the volume control is hard and do a strange noise, it's very odd to press it, it's normal? Cheers

It depends on the severity of what you're trying to describe. But as far as I know, this is by design, so they require some degree of commitment to actuate. I'd appreciate it if you can put up a short clip so we can better understand your experience.
