My razer death adder v3 pro is not turning on i have been using it for almost a year now

No when i plug in via wire no power but when i plug in the dongle my pc dettcts the dongle but the mouse aint turning on

Probably mouse PCB is dead. If you still have valid warranty - RMA it.

I still have warranty but i think it would take so long im from philippines
