Razer Deathadder Acting Strange

Hey guys, for the past few weeks my mouse has been doing some weird things. It will sometimes not left click, click randomly/double click, scroll up/down, and exit out of tabs when the curser is over them. I downloaded Razer Synapse but that hasn't helped. My Model Number is RZ01-0084, hopefully you guys know how I can fix this. Thank you.
