hello,



My mouse is OK, my problem is in the softare razer synapse, when I try to enter the software to make any change (colors, macro) a screen appears saying that the Razer Synapse is disabled.

Hello. When did this start? Have you tried reinstalling Synapse? If you haven't, please do and let me know how it goes.

Idk. I discovered last week when I was using the PC and my mouse was slow, I usually set the mouse at 3000 dpi.

When I tried to re-configure the mouse, I saw Synapse's message on the pc screen (see the print screen).



I have already re-installed Synapse several times and continue the same message.

Thanks for the reply. Is your Deathadder Chroma being detected properly by your PC? What is it being recognized as?
Windows 10 is recognizing my mouse normally
