Razer DeathAdder Chroma not detected on Synapse 3

Hello, I have some issues with Synapse 3. My mouse Razer DeathAdder Chroma is not detected anymore...so no longer possible to control device. Already tried to uninstall Synapse, SDK Core, delete files in ProgramData, All Drivers and reinstall Synapse. Note : my keyboard Razer Ornata is working well. Thanks for precious help ! Regards
