Razer DeathAdder Elite Disconnects When Lifted

Whenever my DeathAdder Elite stops tracking, instead of keeping the cursor where it left off and once it tracks again it continues, it just disconnects then reconnects once I put it back onto my mousepad. This lags the cursor by around 1-2 seconds and it's pretty annoying. Also, once I lift my mouse and keep it in the air it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting over and over until I put it back onto my mousepad or any surface it can track. If anyone knows a solution to this, please mention it, and if this is something that can't be fixed also tell me that. Thank you.

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Deathadder Elite's concern here. That is odd. Allow me to isolate the issue. Have you connected the mouse to a different USB port or PC? Are you using a USB hub? Does the issue persist while the Razer Synapse is closed/disabled? What's your current Razer Synapse version? If it's the Razer Synapse 3.0, please go to Settings > Reset then reset the device. Feel free to update me anytime.
