Razer Deathadder Elite listed as HID compliant mouse and not recognized by synapse

Mouse: Razer Deathadder Elite Model number: RZ01-0201 Whenever I plug it in any pc (I tried 3 laptops two of them had windows 10 and one had windows 7) the mouse gets listed as HID compliant mouse and synapse doesn't recognize it. Yes I deleted synapse, I tried all of the pc ports (mine has 5 and none of them worked), uninstalled the driver unplugged and replugged the mouse, tried synapse 2 (didn't work either), tried installing drivers for a different mouse (obviously won't work but I was hopeless), updated windows (didn't help either), I even went ahead and did a complete deletion of synapse from registry and all remaining files on pc, it didn't work. Is there any way other than what I did to get that deathadder to be recognized? Note: I had another deathadder a year ago and it worked perfectly with no issues on a windows 7 laptop. I bought a new pc with windows 10 and got myself a new deathadder elite and a cynosa chroma keyboard, the keyboard is recognized
