Razer Deathadder Elite not able to change sensitivity through synapse 3.0

My deathadder elite won't allow me to change the sensitivity. I've got razer synpase 3 installed and I have 5 stages enabled. I have the buttons binded to increase and decrease but it doesn't work. I've tried restarting my pc, unplugging my mouse and plugging it back in but nothing seems to work. Any thoughts on another solution?

However, every time i start my PC, i need to unplug my mouse and plug it in back again into my PC. Any reason why this is happening? Otherwise I can't adjust my mouse's DPI with the 2 dedicated buttons for increasing and decreasing the sensitivity.

Thanks for the reply. Can you send over the version number of Synapse through PM? I'll assist you from there.

I can actually confirm this is happening on more than one pc, I'm running the 3.4.630.62510 version of Synapse 3 and have been having an issue with my DPI settings not working correctly for the past 10 months now. I've already done all of the troubleshooting steps sent in support tickets over the last 10 months trying to fix my kraken V2's not working right and seen the mouse as a secondary issue that corrected itself if I messed with some settings. But I've noticed that my Synapse 2 DPI settings do not work in Synapse 3 being 1400, 1600,1800, 9000 DPI in Synapse 3 in order for myself to achieve 1400dpi I had to lower my settings to 1200dpi and as of the recent Synapse reinstall and update (installed everything clean for my new kraken tourny headsets which I love btw) and now in order to obtain my normal DPI setting I have to change it to 900dpi in order to acheiv what should be 1400 dpi. If I remove my mouse from Synapse 3 and use Synapse 2 all of the issues instantly vanish and it's rather confusing.
