Razer Deathadder Essential left click not working

Hi. I was trying to make a macro and suddenly my left click doesnt work when Synapse is disabled. Things I have tried to do: resetting the mouse keybinds resetting the profile resetting the mouse using another mouse Any guesses what may be causing this? Thanks in advance
