Razer Deathadder Essential mouse wheel not working

I just got a new Razer Deathadder Essential mouse, but the mouse wheel is not working at all. I tried to update the drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled synapse, tried to change usb port, even tried on another computer and it still didn't work. I don't know if synapse is not enabling the mouse wheel somewhere, if there is a setting that I don't know, a conflict with anoter driver... so i need help about it. Maybe the mouse is just damaged and I have to replace it, but I just got it today, so I don't think so. If somebody can help me, because it's very annoying. Thanks !
