Razer DeathAdder Essential scroll wheel skipping/ unusable

My scroll started acting strangely a week or so back and i am in contact with razer support but they are not helping me and this problem happened 4 times already and now i don't want to pay the courier charges as it will further increase the total cost of the product (note: i have paid for the last 3 replacements myself) and with that price i could have brought a newer version of different version of the mouse or even its competition and this problem persist in only this model i have a much cheaper Logitech mouse that i have been using for 5 years and i never had any problems with anything. This is still the case when i am in warranty if not then i am screwed. 

Note: i live in india.

Can anyone provide help?? i am very desperate for my replacement.

Sorry to hear about your device’s ongoing concern. On the other hand, if your device is within its warranty period, there should be no payment when requesting a replacement. Can you send the case number via PM so I can review your contact history, including your Razer DeathAdder Essential’s serial number? Thanks for your cooperation.
