Since 15 minutes I got my new mice. But unfortunately the 2.4 connectivity stopped working after the firmware update. Cab somebody please help me?

Since 15 minutes I got my new mice. But unfortunately the 2.4 connectivity stopped working after the firmware update. Cab somebody please help me?
Does the issue happen after receiving an update from Razer Synapse 3.0 or by downloading and installing the firmware from its support page? Does the mouse still responsive after connecting it to another USB port or computer? If the device was purchased from a local reseller, please contact them and ask for a warranty claim. Otherwise, submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
