I recently bought a Razer DeathAdder online and I’ve been trying to register it here: https://razerid.razer.com/products/new
But the serial number/unique ID isn’t recognized. I get the error asking to double-check characters like “I” and ”1” or “0” and ”O”.
I tried switching them around but nothing’s working. Any advice?
